PERSONAL TRAINERS


MEREDITH DISNEY


Meredith Disney graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with an emphasis in Fitness. She holds a certification in Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Meredith has been training for the past 3 years and works with many different types of populations. As an experienced marathoner and triathlete, Meredith knows what it takes to train hard and train appropriately for specific events and to reach specific goals. She has worked with individuals of all fitness levels ranging from the previously sedentary to the competitive athlete and has helped individuals achieve a myriad of goals. Meredith’s training programs typically include a combination of resistance training, core and stability training, cardiovascular endurance, circuit training and flexibility. She can provide you with the knowledge, guidance and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently. 



NAAMA CHEZAR

Naama's passion for fitness began in junior high school where she competed in multiple track and field events. Naama trained in Krav Maga, the official combat system of the Israeli Defense Force before she went on to teach Krav Maga to military personnel, and self defense programs to high school students. Naama acquired her personal training certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) after moving to the United States. In addition to Naama's ACE certification, she has also gained a Krav Maga Fitness & Conditioning instruction certification at the Krav Maga National Training Center in Santa Monica where she now teaches on a part-time basis. Naama's favorite training method is hiking but she will do virtually any kind of sport that crosses her path. She enjoys personal training because it gives her the opportunity to motivate others. She says, "The best part about training is seeing my clients achieve goals they thought were unachievable”. Naama remains passionate and committed to inspiring others to live their best life possible through the pursuit of personal fitness and healthy living.




BRIAN WILLIAMS

Brian Patrick Williams holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology, or the scientific study of human movement, from California State University, Fullerton. Brian is also a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E). Prior to working at the Club at Pacific Corporate Towers, Brian focused his expertise on mature adults (50+) while working as a Fitness Coach at a specialized facility for specific populations. Now, at The Club, Brian is eager to expand his applied experience to all age groups and populations. He loves helping and empowering others to achieve their fitness goals no matter what they are and believes firmly that he has what it takes to do so. Since his education is rooted in science, Brian trains his clients with no less of standards. His training motto is: “TRAIN SMART, NOT HARD!”
