NAAMA CHEZAR
FITNESS SPECIALIST / PERSONAL TRAINER

Naama was born and raised in the coastal town of Nahariya, in northern Israel. At the age of 15 she volunteered for 3 years in the Ambulance Corp before moving on to serve 2 years in the Israeli Military Defense Force (IDF), where she was trained in Krav Maga, the official combat system of the IDF. BRIAN PATRICK WILLIAMS
FITNESS SPECIALIST / PERSONAL TRAINER

Brian Patrick Williams, an extremely appreciative native of sunny Southern California, graduated from California State University Fullerton in January of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Brian’s journey up until this point, and most likely for the rest of his life, has been extremely convoluted – jam-packed with a plethora of personal pursuits and life-altering experiences. “Why have it any other way?” Since grade school he has avidly pursued Creativity in many different forms such as Music, Theatre, Writing, and Fitness… “Yes, Fitness does involve Creativity!” In fact, this is Brian’s new life philosophy – to simply allow his personal Creativity to flow easily and abundantly in everything he does. Brian is also a firm believer in the power of the mind and the importance of integrating it with the body. To him, conscious living, or the art of expanding one’s state of awareness in every aspect of life, is the key to Thrive in everything we do. Brian’s goal is to apply these life philosophies to personal training and ideally transform his clients’ “WORK”–outs to “THRIVE”–outs. As far as additional training and certifications go, Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E) and a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor from Cloud Nine Yoga Studio and School. His personal mantra and most common piece of advice is, “ALL, TRULY, IS WELL!”
